Gigi G-spot Vibrator

This month Mrs. Toy and I were extremely happy to review the Gigi, which we received from our friends at Babeland. The description on Babeland’s website suggests that this toy is “G-spot satisfaction at its quietest, classiest, and most comfortable” and we were eager to try it out. The Gigi is yet another high-end toy from Lelo, and we were hoping that the Gigi lived up to all the other Lelo products we’ve tried in the past.

Gigi is a G-spot vibrator which is curved and has a sort of knob at the end to provide pressure on just the right spot. This toy is has an internal rechargeable battery and comes with a cord to charge from a wall outlet. The cord plugs into the base end of the toy, in a small socket, which is covered by a soft rubber plug when not charging. It takes approximately 2 hours to charge, and is supposed to last up to 1.5 hours of use. I love the quick charge, but if you never have a place or time to leave this out charging without kids around, you should think twice about this toy.

Even with five vibration programs, and multiple levels of intensity, the toy’s four way rocker controls are easy to control. You can even lock the toy for travel by holding down the center button for a few seconds… and again to unlock. The LED that surrounds the control is used to denote lock on/off, key presses, and low battery or charging status. Gigi’s business end is made from silicone, so stay away from silicone lubes, water based is recommended. Also, try to avoid soaking or submerging the base when cleaning as this toy is not waterproof.

Mr. Toy:
For those guys out there that couldn’t hit your partner's buzz button if your life depended on it, this toy is for you. I found this toy easy to hold, easy to use, and better yet, easy to get Mrs. Toy buzzing happily. The shape is just right, just slide it in and gently move it around as you play with the speed and different patters to find what works best for her. It only took moments to get her going with this great toy.

This toy is well built and feels solid in your hand. The controls are a bit small, but easy to use for anyone. Definitely one of the quieter toys we’ve used, although at higher speeds it starts to get noticeable.

Mrs. Toy:
Girls, if you want a nice soft toy that can easily stay in the perfect spot this is the toy for you. Set the vibration speed and pattern to what you want and use your hands for other things that feel good. The controls are simple to use and very adjustable once you find out how to turn it on. (Mr. Toy had read the instructions so I asked him to show me.) After I got it going, it was very easy to adjust the speed and the patterns of vibration.

When I first saw Gig, I didn’t think it would be very easy to adjust since the controls are small but they are in a convenient spot and give you a lot of variety for adjusting speed and pattern to match your needs. The toy can work for those who want just a little vibration on up to wanting a lot of it. I kept it in the middle, high was too much. After I was done “testing” it I wanted to see how much faster it would go and was very surprised to find how low I had it.

This isn’t a toy that slides in and out very easily as it is a g-spot stimulator but who needs sliding when you are in just the right place already. It is not silent but doesn’t make a lot of noise which is nice, even on the fast vibration, and comes with a nice bag to easily throw in a suitcase or make-up bag if you need to be discreet about it.

Conclusions:
Our Pro’s: Sturdy, well built, rechargeable, great shape, lots of variation of vibrations, easy to control. 1 year warrantee.

Our Con’s:  A bit on the expensive side, rechargeable (only a drawback if you have nowhere to hide it while charging with kids around).
