iLusting Vibrator

Mrs. Toy and I were looking forward to the iLusting vibe. Billed as a small, rechargeable, waterproof, clit cupping wonder, we were hoping for many long fun baths or showers together with this toy. Unfortunately, we had some problems. The first toy we got did not work. We plugged in the charging station and set the toy on it to charge and it immediately started buzzing… as if it were on. We tried to turn it off with the buttons but nothing happened so we let it charge for 8 hours, buzzing away before trying it again. Nothing. No go. The toy would not turn on, I suspect because it was stuck on and would not take a charge. We contacted our friends at Babeland and they promptly sent us a new one, which when set on the charger did not vibrate… progress!

Unfortunately, this did not last. After our second use we set it back on the charger for the night only to suddenly hear it vibrating at 1am! Mrs. Toy grumbled and got out of bed then pulled it off the charger and came back to bed. The next day I tried to turn it on and nothing happened, just like the first. I tried setting it on the charger and it immediately started vibrating just like the first one. Second toy down the drain.

We will give you what information we can now about the toy based on our limited use as I assume this was just a bad batch or something since it is hard to believe that a toy in this price range would be so un-reliable.

This toy is a small, lightweight toy that is shaped to sit right over and cup the clit. It does this very well. It is covered in TPE Plastic, which keeps it totally water proof, allowing its owner to use it in the bath or shower. The iLusting comes with a rechargeable (non-replaceable) battery and a base station for charging. According to the manual, it takes 8 hours to fully charge, and will operate for just over an hour. Three speeds and five vibration patterns give you lots of variety while you play as well.

Mr. Toy:
I like the idea of this toy a lot. I used it on Mrs. Toy in the shower and had her humming to its tune right away! The toy is small and fit just right, making it very easy to hold in place as I went through the different patterns and touched, kissed, and licked other things… perfect! I really like how it is small enough to vibrate her clit while allowing penetration at the same time.

Mrs. Toy:
When we got the second toy turned on and working, I checked out the range of pulses and speed which didn’t seem too bad. It fit very nicely in my hand and is shaped well for places it is meant to be used. I was worried it would be too slippery to hold on to in when it was wet but it wasn’t. When I had it in my hand I did find it hard to get to the pulse I wanted to use. To change the pulse you can go up or down the range but once you get to the top it doesn’t loop back around, you have to go all the way back to the one you want. That was a little discouraging because as some of you may know when you want a certain pulse type or speed you don’t want to wait. I wish we had had more of an opportunity to play with it.

Conclusions:
Our Pro’s:  Great shape, plenty of vibration variation, easy to use and hold onto

Our Con’s:  It was hard to get out of the package, the pulsing did not roll over, and of course, we had two of them fail on us.

The iLusting toy is a great concept, and works well when functioning properly. I would like to believe we just got into a bad batch as it is hard to believe they would sell a product that fails that often, so you still might want to give it a try.
