My own experience is that I will give a blow job to someone I love because I know he likes it but mainly I don't get pleasure from it. It doesn't turn me on. It feels like an obligation. And with someone I don't love, forget it. I don't think it is fair to think of a blow job as reciprocation for oral sex on me because oral sex is the one sure way I will orgasm and a blow job is merely icing on the cake for most men.
