Of course nightwear & underwear are important, though they are not sole ingredients for a happy sex. If one finds inner clothes of partner are wet by perspiration, he/she often loses interest in sex. Often people like me like semi transparent innerwear rather than naked breasts.

To me it is just a waste.  I don't think underwear or nightwear is sexy or attractive whatever it looks like.  I don't understand why anybody gets off on it.  I like the feel and look of skin better than fabric.  I don't think leaving "it" to the imagination is anywhere near as wonderful or sexy as the reality  And it isn't a rush for sex.  I cook up a perfect chateaubriand for a delightful nude dinner.  A necklace and earrings, a crystal glass of wine, are the perfect setting for a lovely nude lady.  Anything  more is excessive.

I love to wear lingerie, but I stopped wearing it for a long time because my partner would not return the favor. I tried to buy him some men's bikinis, but he just didn't wear them. It made no sense. He was comfortable with nudity, and really liked it when I would parade for him in a pretty set of garters, but not comfortable enough to embellish his body for me like I would do for him. Double standard. It's not about whether you think your body is good enough for lingerie, it's about doing that little extra thing for yourself and/or your partner to make you feel a little bit sexier. Best of all, clothing dosen't smear like make up!

Contrary to what most men will admit, he prefers that she leave some things to his imagination. Revealing too much...too soon, will cause him to lose interest. Being an astute admirer of the feminine form, I have been buying lingerie for my partners since the ripe young age of sixteen. And in my mind, there is nothing more sexy than seeing your partner scantily clad in whatever kind of lingerie fits your fancy at that moment. A woman should vary the theme according to her mood. Be it classy, or trashy, seductive or submissive. If the adult movies are to be believed, most men want pretty underwear off ASAP so the f*****g can be got on with. I wonder if this is bad market research or the truth or just plain stupidity by some just plain stupid people. (Why do we love strippers? Because...)

This guy (me) finds the underwear a part of the magic. It's the decorations on the Xmas tree for heaven's sake. Bras and panties and hose and garter belts and thongs and corsets and and and and and and....these are a big slice of paradise, girls.

Underwear and alluring nightclothes are to be worn! Make love through it, around but never never be in a rush to take it off. A rare instance, in my opinion, of humans improving on a nature that didn't need improvement, or didn't seem to.

Girls, buy it yourselves, guys, buy it for 'em. But decorate all that lovely countryside and let the poor guy go exploring.

Unlike most of the female writers on this topic, I don't feel more beautiful or sexy in lingerie. I probably feel sexiest with a pair of boy cut bottoms and no top. I am pretty flat chested and maybe that is why, but I also really like my body the way it is. I don't feel the need to buy expensive lingerie that I then need to hand wash (please! as if I don't have other things to do with my time) in order to feel sexy. And most bras don't fit and just aren't comfortable. 

I think lingerie and the whole sex myth surrounding it is just another reason for us to spend money. Really think of it girls - if you had never seen an underwire bra before would you have come up with it on your own as a way of feeling sexy? Try to use your own feelings and don't just respond to external suggestions. Then you will really be sexy. Your man may not know what to do with it but you will be sexy. Ttrust me

Women in Lace, Silk, Mesh, you get the point. Speaking from my own perspective, I think a women just as attractive, if not more so, in a nice matching bra and panty set, a Teddy or a pair of wonderfully sculptured Tanga shorts.

I prefer my lady to have a shower before she goes to bed; dry herself and wrap a white towel over her sexy toned athletic-lean body that will show her sexy legs.  And, have a towel wrapped around her head to make it dry. A woman's beauty is determined by how she looks after she comes out of the shower. I don't prefer sexy Lingerie.  I want my woman to sleep naked in bed with me all the time.
