How to Manage List Email
A common concern for subscribers is how to deal with the volume of ERWA mail. The most effective solution is to create, within your email program, an ERWA folder and filter list mail directly into the dedicated folder so that list mail doesn't interfere with your regular In-box email.
For even more control, create folders for each section of ERWA email list that you subscribe to, and set the filters to automatically transfer email to specified mailboxes. Filters will save your sanity.
Unfortunately not all email clients work the same way so we can't provide specific instructions here. Your email client program will have all the help you need to create mailboxes and filters. For example, if you're using Yahoo Mail follow the 'option' link (upper right side of the screen). Google's gmail page has a 'create a filter' link located top center of the screen.
